For over 25 years Alasdair has specialised in hospitality and mixed-use projects. He has considerable experience in leading the delivery of services on a wide variety of projects in the UK, continental Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Caribbean.
Alasdair has particular expertise in the cost management of major mixed-use schemes and complex hotel refurbishment projects. It includes hotels for international operators such as Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, St Regis, Kempinski, InterContinental and Hilton.
