The Royal Hawaiian Hotel, affectionately known as “The Pink Palace of the Pacific,” is a historic luxury beachfront hotel located in Waikiki, Honolulu, Hawaii. After nearly 95 years of welcoming guests from around the world, the hotel underwent careful renovation WATG’s first-ever hospitality project. The goal was to preserve the hotel’s rich history, enhance its elegance, and ensure it remains a premier destination for romance and luxury in the heart of Hawaii. 

The hotel’s distinctive Spanish-Moorish architecture, adorned with a vibrant pink concrete stucco façade, has made it an internationally recognized symbol of luxury and hospitality.

A testament to the heritage of Hawaii

Originally established in 1927, on the site of King Kamehameha I and Queen Kaahumanu’s Summer Palace, the Royal Hawaiian Hotel holds great cultural significance as a testament to the heritage and charm of Hawaii. The hotel’s distinctive Spanish-Moorish architecture, adorned with a vibrant pink concrete stucco façade, has made it an internationally recognized symbol of luxury and hospitality.
