Bryan Algeo joined WATG in 1997 and brings a broad range of local and international experience to the team. He is Senior Vice President within WATG and Wimberly Interiors’ Los Angeles office and since 2021 is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. As a licensed architect in California and Colorado, and throughout his 32-year career, Bryan has developed a holistic design approach to master planning, architecture and landscape architecture. His core expertise lies in creating and delivering integrated mixed-use, residential, resort and urban design projects with a focus on hospitality and guest experience.
Since joining WATG, Bryan has served as lead design architect, master planner and project director for numerous urban, mixed-use, master planning and resort projects throughout Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and the United States. Bryan’s diverse experience allows him to design seamless solutions that uniquely respond to the specific cultural, environmental and commercial needs of the individual project stakeholders.
Bryan has designed projects in over 20 countries, including The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia, a premier resort destination; Distrito VIVO, a mixed-use urban destination in Monterrey, Mexico; the Blue Ledge ski resort and residential destination in Deer Valley, Utah; Makany Island, a multi-phased urban development that includes commercial, resort, tourist and residential districts in the United Arab Emirates; Rixos Saadiyat Island, a premier all-inclusive luxury resort in Abu Dhabi and Balihan, a mixed-use resort and entertainment destination near Beijing.
