Sathis Mendis boasts 15 years of high profile design experience working on a wide variety of projects from hospitality, F&B and high-end residential projects. During this time Sathis has had the opportunity to work across many countries and brings with him a cultural sensitivity which benefits the design of any project through an appreciation of local heritage and the application of authenticity to each project.
Sathis displays a diverse range of design skills from initial concept creation and onwards through each stage of a project to the final preparation of contract documentation. It is this in-depth knowledge of the design process that allows him to run projects smoothly and efficiently.
Having worked with many of the key hospitality groups worldwide, Sathis is more than familiar with the level of detail required to fulfil both operator and owner requirements, whilst at the same time keeping a keen eye on practical and budgetary implications.
