The project consisted of two key areas: a transformation of the iconic Boardwalk façade and the development of a luxurious High-Limit Slot Room.

The revitalization of Tropicana’s Boardwalk façade became the centerpiece of a grand renovation project, redefining the external identity of the property. The goal was to turn a once understated exterior into an immersive, high-energy experience that would captivate visitors and passersby alike.

Design Overview:

• Interactive Light and Sound Display: The design featured 15 towering screens, each 17 feet high, linked to create dynamic kinetic lighting effects. The façade was not just a display but a constantly changing show that attracted attention day and night.
• High-Definition Video Integration: Alongside the lighting effects, five high-definition video screens were installed, displaying vibrant content synchronized with moving strobe lights, creating a visual spectacle on the Atlantic City Boardwalk.
• Façade Focal Point: The most striking feature was a 66-foot LED light and video column that served as the centerpiece of the façade, ensuring Tropicana’s presence was not only noticeable but unforgettable.

This stunning exterior transformation positioned Tropicana as a standout destination, immediately grabbing attention and creating an inviting atmosphere for guests. The blend of advanced lighting technology and creative design set a new standard for entertainment properties in the region, driving foot traffic and reinforcing Tropicana’s brand identity.

To cater to high-rollers and VIP guests, Tropicana invested in a state-of-the-art High-Limit Slot Room, designed to offer an elevated gaming experience. The new space was part of a $40 million renovation aimed at enhancing luxury and exclusivity for premium players.

Design Overview:

• Spacious Layout & Elegant Features: The room houses over 175 high-denomination video slot machines, laid out in a way that provides comfort and privacy. The design incorporated luxurious elements such as leather-wrapped walls, walnut wood finishes, and marble floors, creating a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere.
• Exclusive Amenities: The room features private restrooms, dedicated smoking and non-smoking areas, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for every type of guest.
• Innovative Ceiling Display: At the entrance, more than 2,000 illuminated crystals are designed to resemble floating flower petals, creating a serene and magical ambiance. This bespoke lighting installation immediately sets the tone for luxury and exclusivity.

The new High-Limit Slot Room has become a key draw for high-value guests, offering a stylish, comfortable, and premium environment for gaming.
