Erin Nichols is a talented interior designer who relishes collaborating with clients, operators, architects and artisans. Her portfolio includes physical experiences inspired by the art of living, tailored to the contextual location and vision of her clients. She enjoys the interplay of space, form, texture and details to create a compelling visual aesthetic.
Erin’s appreciation for design started at an early age as she witnessed her father design iconic buildings as an architect in South Florida. Her sister pursed photography, which exposed Erin to another dimension of design. Erin was drawn to interiors, and began her career in 2005 with Wimberly Interiors Global Director Margaret McMahon at Wilson Associates in New York.
In 2009, Erin was inducted into Boutique Design’s Boutique 18 in 2012, joined Wimberly Interiors. Since then, her enthusiasm and tenacity has left an indelible mark on the firm.
Erin’s portfolio has been featured in Hospitality Design, Sleeper, Boutique Design and Hotel Design, and includes high-profile renovations such as Park Hyatt Aviara, Hyatt Regency Maui and Four Seasons Maui, as well as the recently opened Hard Rock Hotel, Los Cabos, Hard Rock Hotel, Dalian and Crowne Plaza Hotel Wuzhen.
